  Reasonable, good location, friendly staff

Liked: Staff were super friendly and the hotel is located in a really good spot if you need to go to either train station or the city square!

Disliked: It was very warm in the rooms, on a hot day in Lille where it was 31 degrees it would of been nice to be able to open a window a bit more than it would allow, or some air-conditioning as the toilet area was a bit smelly due to the warmth.

  Great money, great location

Liked: The location was excellent, the staff were very helpful. Happy to keep bags before and after check in or check out. Gave us some good sightseeing tips. The price was excellent.

Disliked: It was noisy at night and traffic early, but it’s not really a fault of theirs, that’s what happens when you stay in a centre area! Could do with a lick of paint, but again for the price I’m not complaining. Was very hot, didn’t expect aircon for price, but a fan would have been nice!

Great hotel, would happily stay again!

Liked: The location was fantastic, friendly staff. The man on reception on our arrival was so helpful, gave us a map and told us the best places to visit. Kindly stored our bags for us before check-in. Great that you also get 20% off food in the restaurant.

Disliked: The noise at night. No fan in room.
