Very good
Liked: Everything was perfect. I stayed with my dog and the staff were super friendly with him. The room was clean, bed and pillows super comfortable. 100% would come back.

Adequate lodging and affordable price near the grotto
Liked: Location to the Basilicas and grotto is very convenient. Le Bodegon restaurant in hotel was outstanding.
Disliked: The staff were a bit rude - taking phone calls or talking with other guests in the middle of helping me. Beds were not very comfortable.
Liked: Location, view from window, comfortable bed, foyer, and the receptionists, who made us immediately feel welcome were friendly, helpful and professional.
Disliked: I didn't not like our room, but just need to prepare future guests, it felt small, but once we unpacked and stored our clothes in the wardrobe it was fine.

Liked: Location is perfect and good value
Disliked: No tea making facilities and the sheets have some stains
