Exceptional
A great trip
Liked: A lovely room and a fantastic location for the Lourdes Sanctuary. All the staff were very helpful and friendly as well as often speaking excellent English.
Disliked: Breakfast could be a bit hit and miss. There was always a good choice but not everything was always topped up promptly and sometimes the hot options ran out if you came down later.
A memorable stay
Liked: The staff were lovely and the building was beautiful too.
Disliked: Nothing
We love it! In very good location, amazing people, all perfect!
Liked: Beautiful building!
Liked: The location is very central and literally at the doorstep of the sanctuary and walking distance from restaurants and shops. The reception and restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel had erroneously recorded our arrival for the following day, but they fixed it immediately and we were upgraded to a premium room which we appreciated. The room allocated was very comfortable on the top floor so it was very quiet at night.
Disliked: The breakfast was mediocre. For a 4 star hotel and the price we paid we expected a better selection. This type of breakfast is more like what one would expect in a b&b apartment. Also, there were occasions during our stay that the restaurant ran out of food during the service.
Great location, beatiful building
Liked: Location, confort
Disliked: Na
Liked: I ate dinner there and it was amazing! We left before breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing really.
