Guest reviews
Very good
Beautiful minus the bugs
Liked: Best location and staff were helpful too
Disliked: The place had too many creepy crawlers in short insects and bugs one morning when we were doing our bed we saw a big insect on our blanket as the housekeeper had left tge windows open
Worth for the stay
Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: Nothing to complain
Wonderful staff, terrible beds
Liked: Fantastic staff, warm and friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean rooms. Croissants at breakfast were fresh and delicious.
Disliked: The beds were TOO firm! I barely slept at all. Also only two small pillows provided, with two more small ones in the closet. The air conditioning worked well, but also seemed to stop and start all night so that I would be too cold, and then too hot, almost constantly. Coffee at breakfast was terrible. The shower stall is tiny, though typical European.
Excellent Hotel, vey friendly staff, food was excellent, very clean
Liked: Location and comfort, also daily cleaning
Disliked: i can't say -no complain in my stay

Disliked: Nothing Parking was tricky but staff did everything to help. Driving and parking in Lourdes is crazy anyway.
