Fabulous
Comfortable affordable stay within walking distance to the pilgrimage site, and restaurants
Very good. Great location. Helpful staff
Liked: Good location, clean, with helpful staff. Breakfast was great, vegetarian selections not too bad. Pierre and his team were amazing, welcoming, efficient, courteous, kind and friendly 🙂. They made me feel comfortable. Dinner time, Fabrice at the restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate me as a vegetarian 🙂.
Disliked: I requested top floor and was given 3rd 😂, on arrival when I asked the receptionist (man) he stated ‘this is what’s available 🙄’ untrue as the 6th & 7th floor had availability!
Liked: The receptionist was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the area (The Indian lady)

Brilliant
Liked: Very clean and comfortable. I booked the wrong dates and didn't realise until we went to check in. The girl on reception I think her name was Mariem (apologies if that is the wrong spelling) was absolutely brilliant. She was so lovely and got our dates changed with no hassle. She was absolutely fab.

Disliked: El desayuno no nos gustó. El personal muy amable y atento, pero las frutas y los quesos parecía que estaban en la nevera picados y guardados una semana.
Good
Liked: Front of the property is amazing
Disliked: Bathroom
