Liked: wonderful family owned property, exceptionally clean. The staff were extremely helpful, would recommend this property 100%
Disliked: nothing, very nice
Liked: Location is good, close to Lourdes Sanctuary, stores and restaurants, property has a Bar/restaurant at the ground level. staffs are nice.

Practical if you are there for the sanctuary
Liked: Location is very good. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The rooms were not as nice in reality as in the pictures. Shower was extremely small, so a bit difficult for my elderly mother. The floor was sticky in some areas when we checked in, but they did come to clean after I asked for it.
A hidden gem
Liked: Relaxing and comfortable Stay. -Friendly and accommodating staff especially Sabine the manager-V good Breakfast - very close to the sanctuary all in all a hidden gem and in my opinion one of the best hotel in Lourdes. Ccl
