Liked: Feel good
Best staff ever
Liked: The staff was exceptional in every way. Any questions, requests, issues, they responded to immediately. Could not ask for a more attentive and customer service oriented team. Access to Lourdes Sanctuary was a VERY easy walk.
Disliked: Room was small. Shower had very strong pressure, which caused hand held to become possessed 🤣
Liked: Location to Basilica is great
Disliked: Sitting on top of a drop off rendered my Google maps useless. Spent a half hour finding the hotel before parking the car and walking to it. Once located, it was great. Driving around Lourdes is difficult with all of us old people overflowing onto the streets

Adequate facilities - was not expecting more. Working A/C was the best feature for summer
Liked: The hotel met my expectations since I was not aiming for a luxury hotel or exceptional facilities. This was a short trip where a basic hotel was adequate. The location was good, the room was comfortable and the bathroom facilities adequate. The working A/C was the best feature especially since my visit was in summer.
Disliked: The decor was quite plain and outdated. Bathing gel & soap quite scarse but so long as the A/C was working, I had no real issues.
