Convenient location but definitely not a 4 star hotel
Liked: Super close to the sanctuary
Disliked: Breakfast is expensive (18€) for low quality. No soap in the bathroom. The safe was not working properly. It was way too warm in the rooms, even without any heating. Entrance to the parking lot is super small and difficult to access.

It was a short trip, mainly to visit the Grotto and pray. However, as we are not getting any younger, having a comfortab
Liked: We really liked the location of the property, as it was close to the Grotto, which was the main reason for our holiday. It was very convenient to be staying nearby!
Disliked: Unfortunately, one of our beds had a hole in the mattress, which made it really uncomfortable to sleep on. As a result, we couldn’t rest properly during our stay. It was a shame, as a comfortable bed is important for a good night’s sleep.

Good to know
Car traffic is limited near Lourdes's Sanctuary and the hotel. The hotel's car park can be accessed by car only from 6:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. The hotel reception is open 24/24. Guest arriving outside these hours, can park outside the restricted area, walk to the hotel to check-in, and bring their vehicle to the hotel's parking later.
