Fabulous
Liked: The rugs were stained
Liked: I've stayed in this hotel three times now. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The breakfast is fabulous. It's a short walk from the Sanctuary and close to the airport shuttle bus stop. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Liked: The room, 403, was very clean, except the carpet. The hotel need to replace the carpets for tiles or vinyl. Bathroom and toilet excellent, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent, great coffee machine, lovely breads, cold meats and cheese etc. Karina at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.
Liked: Nice place. Walkable to church and town. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Liked: We stayed overnight and our stay was pleasant. It is a approximately a mile from Lourdes train station, so very walkable to those who are able. Less than 10mins walk to the grotto. Very convenient location.
Liked: Nice hotel only stayed one night
