Liked: Hotel Chateaubriand was clean and comfortable. No elevator hence 4 stars. Parking limited but perhaps book ahead to ensure a space. Walk into the city centre for shops etc only about 10 minutes. Really friendly and helpful receptionist when I arrived (2/10/25). Would definitely stay again when visiting Nantes.

  Excellent choice in Nantes

Liked: Great little hotel in the middle of Nantes, bars and restaurants just around the corner and easy access to private secure parking. Very friendly English speaking staff made the stay very nice for us. Affordable and fresh breakfast is served in the lobby. Overall a great overnight stay at very reasonable price.

Good budget hotel in great location for exploring

Liked: Bargain double room with secure parking (payable on check-in), great location for exploring Nantes. Everything is within 10-30 minutes walk. Easy on-line check in but wouldn’t work on an iPhone, couldn’t enter my country of origin as the drop down menu wouldn’t scroll. Can’t fault the room for a budget hotel, had a good night sleep with the black out blinds and comfy bed.
