Comfortable, clean, spacious room, good pressure in shower, and comprehensive breakfast

Liked: Room spacious and clean, showers good. Late check in and was easy. Hotel entrance on the opposite side to main part of town/station but easy enough to find in the end. Breakfast was nice, lots of choice, staff friendly but weren’t so clear on how to get the shuttle to airport as had changed recently but follow the signs instead and was very easy (just inside of taxi station and left at bus depot - but tickets just outside of hotel or on the bus itself).

Disliked: Staff weren’t so attentive at breakfast and hard to know how to get coffee, was serve yourself but that wasn’t clear.

My stay at Mercure Hotel was not bad

Liked: I did like the Hotel location.

Disliked: The staffs was a bit distracted, and the room didn’t had the Iron. And I have to pay £100 on top of my normal payment and get the money back soon as we evacuate the room. Unfortunately up to now I have not got my money back. This is annoying because that was not on my budget and when I was booking it wasn’t mentioned.
