Great location, but room too smal, breakfast not good, restaurant dirty

Liked: The hotel has a great location, staff were wonderful! But the rooms are waaaay to small, the breakfast was not ok, the restaurant was dirty every morning and it was not at all a pleasant experience. I would come back only for the location and reserve without breakfast.
