  Liked: Loved the Balcony part, very frenchy, the whole room was cozy, yet simple. It has the character. Well located in terms of trains, but for trams you need to walk. Breakfast was okay, yet simple.

  Disliked: Bed was too soft and unortunately noisy, balcony door did not have good soundproof quality. You need earplugs, then its fine.

  Great hotel, tiny room

  Liked: The hotel has an excellent location, with the train station, airport tram and bus connections all within easy walking distance. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, with something for everyone. I also appreciated the 24-hour access to the coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily.

  Disliked: I was a little disappointed with the size of the room. I honestly don't think two people would feel comfortable staying there. For the price I paid, I expected something quite different. A fridge inside the wardrobe? Well, I suppose there was nowhere else to put it, considering there was only about 50 cm of space to walk around the bed! 😂 The TV, kettle with two cups, and hairdryer were pretty much the only amenities. The so-called French balcony was barely 30 cm deep and overlooked a low roof filled with air-conditioning units. Unfortunately, the noise from the fans made it difficult to keep the window open.

  Good money value. Good location and quiet

  Liked: The room was sufficiently confortable, good location. close to Nice train station and also a tram station. 20' walk from the beach. Staff was nice and helpful. No complaints really.

  Disliked: No complaints really. Breakfast was OK, although it was nice to just take a coffee and a croissant to go!
