  Comfortable, clean, cosy hotel

  Liked: Most of the staff spoke English and German so communication was not an issue. Sauna was at a very good high temperature. Very quiet area with good relaxation loungers. Our superior double room was spacious, comfortable with a terrace. Big shower. Very good and varied breakfast Dinner at the Winstube was absolutely delicious food. Also a knowledgeable sommalier. Lots of free parking just outside the hotel

  Disliked: The jacuzzi and pool were rather cold. Having said that it pool/jacuzzi area is lovely, pity its not heated. Little things like the phone in the room was not working, my matress sank visibly in the middle which gave me an uncomfortable night. Such a shame as the peace and tranquility of the area bode for a great night's sleep. My husband slept like a rock his matress was fine.

  Very nice hotel to stay in, I will go there again for my trip back

  Liked: Spa and breakfast, also rooms are nice and the crib for the kid was good

  Disliked: Not so many parking spots in the parking area inside the hotel but is a minor issue

  Exceptionally nice stay on our way home

  Liked: Loved this hotel for our one night stop over on our way home to the U.K. restaurant was fabulous too

  Liked: The dinner in the restaurant was delicious.

  Disliked: I found it disappointing that the hotel did not offer any plant-based milk at breakfast, let alone any other alternatives. (just maybe one type of milk for the coffee like soy milk, coconut milk etc). Given the price of the hotel, I would have expected a more inclusive breakfast offering.

  A nice stop on the way to Italy The massage and facial we experienced with Bridgett in the Spa was a highlight

  Liked: Beautiful pool and Spa facilities The staff seemed very friendly

  Disliked: The restaurant was closed while we were there which was a shame as the menu sounded delicious The receptionist did book us a table in the restaurant in the village which was very nice with really welcoming staff

Please note that the brasserie "Rabseppi-Stebbel" and the "Joséphine" restaurant are both closed all day on Mondays and Tuesdays.
