  Not as good as we thought it would be for a Best Western hotel

  Liked: Room very small, no draws or cupboards to fit enough clothing etc. No cups just card board containers and the bathroom had no hand towels and child size bath towels. Also replacement of the small milk containers and tea bags did not happen and we had to keep going to reception to ask for them.

  Disliked: No wi fi at all on the premises. The bar only served spirits no beer or wine and no hot meals. The staff were polite but spoke very little English.

  Poor customer service, rude reception staff, and a very disappointing first impression

  Liked: nothing

  Disliked: Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the attitude of the night receptionist. He appeared more interested in his mobile phone than in assisting guests. He did not welcome me, did not explain any hotel information, did not tell me where or when breakfast was served, and provided no information about the facilities. He only asked for my name, did not even check my ID, and simply threw the key card on the counter and told me to find the room myself. This was one of the most unprofessional and unfriendly hotel check-ins I have ever experienced. The service I received was far below what I would expect from a hotel. The hotel's response to my complaint was a generic apology that failed to address the receptionist's behavior or acknowledge the seriousness of the issue.

  Disliked: The room was very cold despite the ac hot air and the room smelled cigarettes which was unusual for a hotel room.

  Liked: Location was good, walking distance to the rugby stadium.

  Disliked: The room was located at the back of the building, but the Wi-Fi signal did not reach there at all. Since I needed to work, I called the front desk to ask about the Wi-Fi connection in the lobby, but they said they didn’t know. I asked again at checkout, but the staff replied that the Wi-Fi was not their responsibility, so they couldn’t provide any information.

  Nice for a short stay!

  Liked: We liked the comfortable bed, the clean bathroom, the good shower. The room is small but meet the expectations with a big window. The continental breakfast was very good in a nice and wide space.

  Disliked: It was all ok but a little expensive for this kind of room.
