  Liked: Location, history and staff was really nice

  Disliked: The bathroom wasn’t that nice, stuff was broken and didn’t have a stop for the bath and for me the matras was hard. Breakfast was expensive for what it was to be fair.

  Enjoyed the location

  Liked: The building and grounds were stunning

  Disliked: It had no a/c. They had mobile units but were not effective. The toilet door did not shut. It was in need of tlc. There was no onsite restaurant and the breakfast was very basic for a 5 star hotel. One bed side light did not work and one USB charging point on the same side did not work unless all the lights in the room were on.

  Comfortable hotel but not 5 Star

  Liked: It’s a lovely hotel and the room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was not 5 star. The hairdryer was broken and no replacement could be provided. There was no stopper in the sink. Toiletries was very limited and containers promising NUxe products empty. The music in barbeque area was still banging on outside our room until after 11.30. There was no restaurant but an outdoor barbecue with very poor menu. Barbecue with not meat no hamburger!!

  Disliked: The spa was open but sauna and Haman out of action. Pool area very uninviting.

  Liked: In a nice park and the building was beautiful, the food in the restaurant was good and really friendly staff

  Disliked: Arrived and where shown to a room which was freezing no heating, I asked to be moved and they found us a room with heating, needs updating, I feel not worth the price we paid, the breakfast very mediocre for a supposed 5 star
