Pleasant
A great city hotel!
Liked: Very kind and helpful staff, perfectly situated in the centre, but with no disturbance from the street. A very comfortable.room equipped with everything and the breakfast was an added bonus!
Disliked: No complimentary water in the room.
Not to be repeated. Good central location but the management of the hotel is lacking
Disliked: The single lift was out of order throughout my stay and I was on the 4th floor. At breakfast, when I arrived the coffee am chine was not working, there was no bread and no milk for tea/coffee or cereal. I had to go to Reception to get someone to replenish these items. At checkout, despite having paid in advance for 2 rooms, the receptionist said I had only paid for one. This was quickly resolved but it added to the impression of a poorly run hotel.
It was a lie
Liked: The location
Disliked: The rooms and the whole place
Comfortable and ideal for the centre of town
Liked: Close to centre and easy to find. Comfortable and friendly staff
Disliked: A bit dated
Liked: good location, pet friendly, staff helpful
Disliked: this hotel has seen better days..
Very disapointing
Liked: Location to City Centre & parking on site
Disliked: Room was terrible. Air conditioning had been leaking and the carpet was soaking wet in front of the bedroom. The Hotel was aware of this and despite being very quite did not offer us a different room. As compensation the did not charge for the parking space. Would never stay there again.
