  Liked: Overall, a decent hotel with a convenient location and a comfortable enough stay. The staff were pleasant and the hotel offers the essentials for a short visit. However, there are a couple of things worth mentioning. The hotel is located right next to the tram tracks, so there can be quite a bit of noise, which may be disturbing, especially for light sleepers. The breakfast area is also situated on a mezzanine level and feels a little dark, so it lacks some natural light and atmosphere. All in all, a reasonable option for a short stay, but there is definitely some room for improvement in terms of noise insulation and the breakfast area.

  An overall bad experience

  Liked: - nice mattress/bed

  Disliked: - There was not a single bottle of water offered at the room. There was a Nespresso machine without a single drop of water inside. - The room had such a bad view. I was given a room a the first floor and you could see the parking lot. - The room was just next to the breakfast spot. - I asked for early check-in at 13:30 and they told me it was not possible. Of course, they had no obligation to offer it but it would be nice to see some effort as well as some polite and friendly reaction. The staff was absolute that nothing can be done and not friendly at all. - The fridge/mini-bar was not working. I notified the receptionist, he said he’ll check with the manager but no difference was made. - The hairdryer was not what’s 4 stars hotel is supposed to have and accessories/elements were missing. - The shower was not clean. - The receptionist/lobby area is under construction.

  Excellent location, exceptional staff, great breakfast

  Liked: Exceptional staff, excellent location, good access.

  Disliked: Room was dim, could use better lighting. AC was effective but could not set fan to run continuously making it a distraction for sleeping.

  Ok in itself, but overcharged and pointless location

  Liked: Seemed recently renovated, good standard materials, good bed, lovely flute player practicing Tchaikovsky somewhere in the courtyard.

  Disliked: Terribly slow elevator - too slow if you live on 7th floor. No proper overhead lamp in the room, just a million small mood lamps everywhere, so you can't turn them off from the bed at once. And when you go to turn them off and return to bed you bruise your toe as always. It is also not in the pretty, cosy central area of town, but rather out of the way. Hot water takes ages to reach 7th floor. And the minibar prices make you believe Pringles are Michelin star meal.
