    terrible

    Liked: nothing

Disliked: We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM, tired from travelling, and were met with extremely rude behavior from the receptionist. Although the booking had been fully paid through Booking.com, he insisted on taking my credit card as a guarantee, explaining that if we damaged or stole anything from the room, he would charge it to the card automatically. When I asked where this requirement was written, he said it was an “unwritten rule.” I had also received WhatsApp messages from unknown numbers claiming to be from the hotel and asking for additional payment, so I did not feel safe handing over my card. I offered a cash deposit instead, refundable at check-out. The receptionist refused and became increasingly hostile. He told me he would call the police, and when I replied that he should go ahead, he pretended not to hear me and ignored it. He was rude, arrogant and threatening throughout the entire exchange. As for the room, the carpet had visible stains and the bathroom had a strong smell of mold. For a hotel that gets its guests through a platform like Booking.com, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to guests arriving late in the evening.

A pleasant stay for 5 nights

Liked: It was in a very calm neighbourhood, and the room was very spacious which I liked a lot. The park right next to the hotel is beautiful and worth a walk in. The bed was very comfortable and there was an option for in room breakfast which was very useful as the restaurant area downstairs is very small.

Disliked: Unfortunately the room got really cold during the night and the radiator had a burnt toast smell when I turned it on so I decided not to use it. The breakfast was the same every day with no variation so it got really boring fast. I don't think I would choose it next time.

Bad I was discriminated because I asked for my rights

Liked: I didn't like anything. When we arrive they obliged us to give the number of credit card and when we refuse they said ask booking for the money back and go. They even threat us to call the police. I will make a formal complaint for misues of personal data. I am very disappointed of booking too because Noone informed us regarding the credit card number. Meanwhile three time we get scam what's up message. I paid in advance and they refuse to give the key in the middle of the night.

    Disliked: Everything.
