Very good
Liked: Clean, friendly staff, good room Size.
Disliked: Initial perception is that the surroundings could be a bit tricky for single woman at night.

Liked: kind and helpful reception It was also clean and warm, the AC worked
Disliked: To be seated during breakfast I had to wait 20 minutes just to get the table… I was alone and people who came later than me were seated before me… The fridge has huge fungus No bottle of water for a guest, expected more from a Novotel brand - and no it’s not called being eco-friendly. There is only one water distributor and it doesn’t answer the needs of so many customers. It’s on the ground floor, far away after the reception. This is too far trip just to get the glass of water, because the rooms don’t even have a bottle, just tiny glasses. No plug in the room 304 to charge for example hair straightener The hotel is old and corridors smell bad The lift works terrible

Typical chain hotel, staff were lovely
Liked: Room was satisfactory, typical chain hotel. Bar and restaurant were good for evening meal, we didn't have breakfast here. Location was ok, on a busy main road, not particularly central. Good parking. Staff were lovely.
