Fabulous
Absolutely lovely place to stay in Aachen, great for adults and families alike - indoor pool is fun!
Liked: We had reserved two rooms as we were travelling with 6 and a 10 year old, and we were accommodated on a corner, where we used 2 rooms and a foie in front of them - effectively a 3 room mini apartment. The solution worked absolutely great and we were nicely surprised and very grateful for this. The property overall is just Grand - big halls and wide corridors, plenty of space give it a nice luxurious touch that is very enjoyable - we ended up prolonging our stay for a day, because everyone just loved the place.
Disliked: Breakfast is a bit crowded and should have little more room and selection. Food is very fine quality wise, just little more selection and especially fresh produce and fruits would be expected at a place of such high quality and caliber.
Was such a beautiful stay and the beds were OMG so comfy!!!
Liked: The room was soooo cute!! And way more spacious than I imagined it would be. Felt like princesses staying here….kept the old school royal charm with upgraded facilities.

Liked: Location, staff and food.
Disliked: Last minute booking can be expensive.
Liked: Wellness and Spa, especially pool Breakfast was also really good Location is great and building was grandioos Rooms and entire hotel is really spacious
Disliked: Parking, it cost 20 euros per night and they still have complicated system for lifting off barrier when getting in or out... Room could be a little bit updated, for our current stay heating was not working (we got movable electric radiator), ventilation in bathroom was not working, an extra glass for drinking would be great since 3 of us were in the room (two adults and a child).. A small hairdryer should be replaced with more powerful and modern one, and also increase the number of electricity sockets in the room.
Slightly away from the hustle and bustle but premium quality hotel
Liked: The Hotel gives off a very old worldly charm and is beautiful inside and out. I did not use the SPA but my family did and they said it was amazing. The room was very quiet. The breakfast staff is amazing and outstanding in service. Especially Mr Hassan made it an unforgettable breakfast!
Disliked: I was not aware that the comfort room category does not have a desk in the room. This is very awkward if you are working in your room so I would recommend going a category up if you plan working.t
An excellent place to stay!
Liked: As its name suggests the hotel is located just on the edge of a park with green lawns and big trees. The building itself is grand and the indoor swimming pool is beautiful. The room is spacious and stylish. However the real highlight of the place is its breakfast, huge variety and top quality.
Disliked: Without upgrading one will be given a room overlooking the deck of technical installations, pipelines, metal structures, walkways for workmen etc.
