  Decent hotel all round

  Liked: Great location, very cheap and breakfast included

  Disliked: Breakfast was a bit limited and one of the staff at reception completely ignored me when checking out but apart from that it was fine

  Our stay overall was nice and we had a relaxing time

  Liked: The location was fantastic close by to everything, also the breakfast was simple but lovely

  Disliked: We didn’t really like the room size as when we booked we thought we would of got a double bed and 2 single beds so we had to share with our two children eldest being having autism he struggled sharing a room with us but we made it work. it also was not mentioned to us about the room getting cleaned so throughout our stay our rooms weren’t cleaned and towels weren’t washed we assumed it would get cleaned the second day but it wasn’t.

  Liked: The breakfast buffet and location were both excellent. The room was OK, but had a footstool and short bench for seating, no chairs. No drawers or closet for clothes, only small shelves and an alcove. The room was somewhat cramped. The evening front desk staff were excellent, but morning staff could be cranky

  Great hotel near Alexanderplatz and TV tower

  Liked: The view from the room from the 7th floor was superb,, the location by Alexander platz was convenient to use either public transport or find Bolt car in the area and park easily any time, and the breakfast service (5 stars for variety of food!) is worth every penny you pay for the stay. Take into account that the abovementioned great breakfast is provided till 11:00, but most of the crowds on weekends come before 9 at the same time.

  Disliked: Booking a DBL room, but getting TWN, where beds just moved together, not connected with attachment so they would stay together+ missing Double blanket (had 2 Single sized blankets), no shampoo (only shower gel and soap available).
