  Liked: The hotel is a 45-second walk from the central train station. It is surprisingly clean and quiet in the area. A 5-minute walk from the Reichstag and Tiergarten. The hotel is aesthetic and modern, and the staff are pleasant and service-oriented. The rooms are upscale, featuring a stunning shower and a comfortable bed. The windows are soundproof. There is a coffee machine and a kettle in the room, a new TV, and pleasant lighting—there’s even a speaker in the shower for listening to music. And the price was a pleasant surprise.

  Disliked: We stayed for only one night until the flight.

  Overall good but sort the extras out

  Liked: Breakfast good and varied. Close to train station. Easy walk to most tourist sites

  Disliked: Charged £22 euros for 2 bottles of water. Coffee pods were £1.50 each to replenish. No need when being charged £200 + for room

  Two nights stay

  Liked: I chose this hotel because of the great position next to Berlin main train station. The design of the hotel is great and it feels luxurious. The staff was excellent in every department, I have to praise people at the reception desk. I had a problem with check-in because I used the online version and they didn't see my payment. So they accidentally charged me for the second time. In a few minutes the problem was found and then immediately returned the second payment. Fitness is Okay, I have been expecting something with more variety but for basic maintenance workout it is enough. The spa was Ok-ish, yes there are a lot of relaxation places even outside, but during my visit the steam sauna didn't do any steam. The staff try to fix it but without success. At least the other two heated saunas worked without any problems.

  Disliked: There’s nothing here I particularly dislike.

  A good place to get throughout Berlin

  Liked: The breakfast needs some improvement with new food every time. The room size was very good 👍. The location is near to the main train station.

  Disliked: The gym equipments are very limited with small area for training, some equipmentareold cheapquality. The timing of sauna needs improvement.
