Exceptional
Feels like home!
Liked: Very clean, quiet and cozy apartment hotel!
Iam looking forward,to the next time
Liked: High level of hospitality and you can go to the city center by walk.
Disliked: Nothing noticeable
Liked: Near the Altstadt and a short walk to the centre of Bonn
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The lady owner is friendly and gave clear instructions for self check in when we arrived after 3.00pm. She also placed lavender pouches and caramel candies in the room to welcome us. Nice gestures. Hotel location is closed to bakery and a burger cafe.
Disliked: There is no air-conditioning unit in our room and the standing fan is noisy. We had to open the room windows for air ventilation. However, the windows open to a balcony that are connected to the spiral staircases leading to the ground level for evacuation. I didnt feel safe to keep them open over night. Besides, some mossies entered the room and I got bitten.
Disliked: smell of mold in bathroom and on towells.
A comfortable clean room with a balcony and helpful cheerful staff
Liked: Staff were kind and welcoming. It was nice to have free sweets and water. Coffee available in the room
Disliked: A little expensive for the location. It is further from the centre of Bonn than I expected but bus stop is close by Would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea.
