Highly recommend this hotel
Liked: This was an alternative acco.modation booked last minute as the original booking.com booking was cancelled on our arrival date by the host (even although the booking was made over 2 months previously & fiully paid in accordance with the booking details / payment details. In hindsighr, the Maritim was a fab find, thoroughly enjoyed staying in the hotel, great facilities & very helpful professional staff. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the area.

Liked: I liked the warm welcome of the people at the reception and restaurant, the luxurious stay,it was fantastic. Very well treated, I will go back again. Andriene, at the reception and Mohamed the restaurant manager, they were very friendly.We were very comfortable. Thank you for your kindness, and without forgetting the staff, they were all helpful.

I really enjoyed the luxury of Maritim. It was perfectly located for me to get around Bonn
Liked: I loved our room. It was big and perfect for our needs.
Disliked: I wasn’t made aware of the bath robes that were available to us as the room wasn’t refitted with them and the slippers.
Liked: Breakfasts were great. Rooms were clean apart from the toilet which had stains in the bowl. The WiFi was dreadful. We had our eurostar return journey cancelled, so we were trying to rearrange an alternative journey on my tablet. The WiFi signal was constantly being lost. When I informed reception I was told the signal was best on the ground floor, we were only on the 1st floor! Another little niggle was we had a room for 3 people but only 2 cups were left for the coffee machine. After the room was cleaned only 1 cup was left. Also I left a wet dressing gown on the floor, I hoped it would be replaced but it wasnt. Just a little more attention to detail would be better.
Disliked: Location isn't great without a car but we did know that when we booked, so its not a complaint.
