Much better than expected but definitely room for improvement especially from the cleaning crew

Liked: Hotel room was much nicer than expected, I was concerned because of the 6.6 rating but it exceeded my expectations. Room was really big and had air conditioning!

Disliked: One of the lights was not working, bottles and cans from the previous guests were still in the room. House keeping came at 9.30ish which was fine because I was already awake and ready to leave but if you’re not prepared he was ready to come in… He also waited outside until I left.

Liked: The decor and architect is pretty amazing. It is almost like visiting a museum. The courtyard is just lovely. It's all slightly old-fashioned but kept very clean and all in all, has quite a personality- a real grand style hotel.

The lovely air conditioned room made the stay worthwhile

Liked: The air conditioning was set to a lovely cool temperature. There was a heatwave and this was so important for our ability to sleep. Check in lady was very helpful.

Disliked: Just the water in the shower was going hot and cold. Scolding me and then freezing me. It wouldn’t stay at a warm temperature. And the breakfast was not really worth €19 each. It was very hot in the breakfast room and the food was spoiling especially the meats and cheeses. Wasn’t a lot to choose from

  Disappointing

Disliked: Basic hotel. My managers experience was not as expected having looked at the photos online. Leaking aircon unit. Faulty door handle.
