Very disappointing stay with poor facilities and a complete lack of cleanliness

Disliked: The stay was very disappointing. The facilities were in poor condition and definitely did not match the pictures online, which made. The place look of much better quality. To make matters worse, the hostel was not clean at all.

Disliked: The property was of poor quality, very unclean, and the staff were unfriendly. The building is covered in graffiti, with steel roller shutters on the windows. The first night of my stay, there was no toilet paper in either of the bathrooms, and the staff in the associated pub next door had no interest in helping out. I had a beer there at the same time, but they seemed annoyed that I was there, spending more money. As for cleanliness, I don't know where to start. Mould, flooded bathrooms, unclean bedrooms - and the underneath of the bed hadn't had a visit for what looked like a long time. I felt completely uncomfortable and worried about my safety the entire time I was there, and I'm a mid 30's male. I couldn't afford to move accommodation. I've stayed in many hostels over many years, some of which were poor quality, but this one was without doubt the worst. I generally take negative reviews with a bit of scepticism, but on this occasion, I wish I had paid more attention and not booked this place. I feel a need to reiterate the fact that I'm very used to hosteling and staying in low quality accommodation, but this was by far the worst ever. All I can say is, don't bother booking it. The price looks attractive enough, but it was so bad. I took a video, but can't upload it.

Hostel start rating from bathroom to beds. Bath sharing was not pleasant, always wet floor

Liked: I booked the place after 1 hour when to see the room was not clean the toilet was dirty smell and I said I don’t want it I want to cancel it they said no you have pay €60.30 to cancel
