Good
Great staff, and location. Was practical and sufficient for our needs
Liked: The location and the staff. All the staff were very good and helpful.
Disliked: The shower component of our bathroom was very small, even for a small person like me. Once you get the hang of it, you can shower properly without spilling much water in the bathroom. In the end it worked out ok!
Great budget place in the city of Bonn. Would recommend
Liked: I was pleasantly surprised by the super clean and nice rooms as well as friendly staff that spoke both English and German. Would return for future meetings in the city. Good location.
Disliked: Watch out for a room in the back if they are available.
Liked: Bad smell when i enter
Very good location, excellent staff. Storage space can be improved
Liked: My earlier experience of breakfast made me opt out of it this time
Disliked: Every room should have been provided with an almirah/wardrobe
Not a suitable hotel for a business trip
Liked: Great location
Disliked: Small rooms that in one case was presented full of beer cans and cigarette packets from the previous guest. In one of the rooms there wasn't enough space to dry yourself in the bathroom. Some of the staff were great but everyone on the team had an interaction with one particular person who was always rude and grumpy
Liked: Staff where friendly and accommodating for laye check in as our flight was delayed.
Disliked: Asked multiple time to fix sink as it was clogged and wouldn't drain throughout our stay. Asked twice for it to be fixed if anything it got worse as the water stayed in the sink and wouldn't drain at all. Also the location of our room directly faced a Tram line alot of noise makimg it very difficult to sleep.
