Love this hotel and definitely would stay again
Liked: The suite was super nice with a comfortable bathroom and even a small fridge. Breakfast buffet was really nice

Disliked: The stay for five nights was during a very unusually hot period in Bonn. The lack of room ac was very uncomfortable, but this was clear when we booked. Small room refrigerator was inopetable. Very clean updated bathroom. Interesting that tv had been removed from room - maybe from all rooms?
Its was a nice stay, good value for money
Liked: Loved there 24/7 welcoming reception and gratitude they offer. Its location near by Bonn HBF made it very convenient for me to move around the city and market place easily.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, very clean, good breakfast. and always hot water with good pressure.
Disliked: Small refrigerator was inoperable

Liked: Great location and the room was really clean.
Disliked: A kettle in the room would've been nice, with things to make tea or coffee. The shower curtain wasn't wide enough to cover the whole doorway of the shower, meaning the bathroom floor got really wet.
Liked: Location, cleanliness, the staff was kind and helpful
Disliked: There was no water in the fridge No jug for tea
