Overall, I found the staff very kind, the sheets clean and fresh. However, minor points for the some
Liked: I consider a bit unfair pay the lockers in the room.
Disliked: There were some spider webs next to my bed.
Liked: It was great for a night's stay. Anna from the reception was super friendly and attentive. She offered me to stay in a female-only room (as it was free), although I booked a mixed one. The location is ideal - just a few minutes from the centre of Bonn and maybe 1 minute or less from cherry trees.
Disliked: It's weird that the beds aren't made and each guest had to put a bed sheet themselves, but the sheets were provided and it's not a big deal.
Liked: Good affordable option.
Liked: They were very supportive and patient.
Liked: I stayed in a 6-bed -room, and I loved, that the lockers already had keys. I also found the details at each bed convenient. There was space to leave small belongings next to the bed, each bed had an outlet. I loved the smell of freshly made cacao at the entrance, since there was also a small coffee shop
Still a lot to do
Liked: Personnel is kind and welcoming, position is ok, good communication
Disliked: I don't want to sound too negative here as I can see the amount of work the two ladies are putting into this project but the list of things that need to be fixed is very long. Squeaky beds, pillows are bad jokes, way too late check in time/window, rooms are unbearably hot and soap was missing from the toilets -which were tiny and didn't look very clean. Sorry, there's no way a night in a dorm like this can cost EUR 36
