Good
Dissapointed
Disliked: Apartement smelled on cigaretes, pictures differs from reality, very small bathroom and the smallest bathroom sink I have ever seen in my life. Fungi on the floor of the bathroom. There was construction on the builidng, window covered with plastic, you cannot open them and the plastic is noisy during the night. The owner didn’t say anything about that until 2 hours before we arriwed. Also, it’s written there is parking, but after you reserve the apartement you ger the message there is no guarantee you will get one. To sum it all- it looks like this is a one night stand bordel apartement.
Convenient location, though the property may look slightly different in person compared to the pictures
Liked: Proximity to bus routes
Disliked: The property wasn’t very clean, and there were some silverfish in the room. The bed was quite old and had a noticeable dent.
Liked: Exterior, price.
Disliked: There are very strong, unpleasant odors from cleaning products and bed linen
The apartments are a good value for money and after a face lift they would be a great place to stay
Liked: It is central easy to reach from the motorway and had a bus stop a few steps away. Also all sorts off small and big shops are very close by. There are also different types of restaurants that you can reach on foot.
Disliked: The flat needs to get a general face lift. The cleaning is simple but not am deep clean. There could be a bigger Sortiment off kitchen utensils. The heating is difficult to control ether to hot or switched off. When the Apartment car park is full ( 3 cars) it is in nearly impossible to park within walking distance.
Not to bad!
Liked: It was good that there was a dining area, internet and TV! The location is good with free parking
Disliked: I didn't like that the floor was dirty, the bathroom wasn't cleaned well either, there were very small forks in the kitchen, the dishes in the kitchen weren't washed! The sheets were only stretched out and weren't changed, they smelled not clean! The room smelled terribly of cigarettes!
It was great for the one night stay. Got to explore Bonn. It was also close to the airport and bus station for my bus
Liked: It was convenient for exploring. Walked all over Bonn. Price was great for what I wanted to.
Disliked: No issues with property
