Liked: Its beautiful but It’s getting old… the spa area was pathetic, we expected way more than just an old cold outdoor pool, no towels or hot tub. For a five star hotel, we didn’t even get complimentary water on the room. Not worth the money.

  Beautiful surroundings and building

Liked: Beautiful building and surroundings. That dogs were allowed was very special!

Disliked: The staff seemed like learners, in fact slow learners. Eager to help but did not get it right

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, lot of choices of fresh cut fruit, nice bread and cheese.

Disliked: The lockers of the spa are old, lock system was broken. I couldn't open it myself and the staff neither, they have to call a mechanic, but in the end: with help of an experienced old lady I could open it myself. Lost more than half hour waiting until I found the staff who could help me at the reception.
