Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty and there was a good variety. The walk into the aldstadt was nice along the river and only took approximately 20 minutes

  Liked: Breakfast

Disliked: In the morning, a hotel employee came without permission. She opened the door. On what grounds, if people are sleeping at that time? That’s outrageous.

luxurious.. needs an extra coffee machine!

Liked: facilities and quality of food/drink

Disliked: Breakfast queues were chaotic - only one coffee machine resulted in queques for 3-4 people at a time.. buy another one!

  Pleasant stay in Bremen

Liked: Breakfast was really good but breakfast room far too small. Rooms were good. Beds were good and pillows as well.

Disliked: Sometimes it was too crowded. There was always a queue at the coffee machine. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed at times and could have been friendlier. Upon arrival we were not informed about the parking procedure although we asked for parking when we made the reservation. The info we received regarding the bicycles was also very vague.
