  Double payment issue and no help from the reception

  Disliked: I was charged twice for my stay. At the reception, the staff claimed that this was impossible and refused to properly investigate the issue. I provided payment receipts, but they were ignored with the comment “I don’t understand what is written here.” This is unacceptable behavior and a serious financial issue.

  An excellent hotel with friendly staff, good facilities and a really great breakfast

  Liked: The room was large, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent, so much choice. the staff were friendly and helpful.

  Liked: Room was enough for our needs, a nice wiev from the balcony to the river, location is ok, but there is still need to go about 5-7 minutes to the next tram stop and to wait about 15 minutes to be able to go yo the town, breakfast was very good

  Perfect

  Liked: Excellent breakfast. Close to tram number 1, which takes you to the center ( Postplatz) in 15 minutes.Huge simple bed.Very clean shower.Excellent service in every way.

  Disliked: There was no power outlet next to the beds.

  Liked: Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer war aber groß und sauber. Zimmerreinigung nur alle 4 Tage. Handtuchtausch war möglich. Frühstück war okay. Glutenfreie Alternative war auf Nachfrage möglich.
