  Great location, but don’t count on it for laundry

  Liked: Location, size of apartment was nice.

  Disliked: There was no dryer! It had a washer, that would wash the clothes, but it left them SOAKING wet. And no dryer. The first apartment they tried to give me had no washer/dryer. I went to inquire and they said not all apartments had them, so they switched me. The only thing I had to dry my clothes was a clothes rack. In the morning, my clothes were still soaked. Had to PAY to dry my clothes at the next destination. I got this apartment for the washer/dryer. Also, the kitchen in my second unit was tiny. It could’ve done for a bigger kitchen.

  Great Location & Staff

  Liked: The hotel is in an incredibly central location, consisting of several apartments right next to each other. Our room was essentially a very spacious apartment, complete with a kitchen and a living room. Cleanliness was great; I didn't see a single thing that bothered me regarding hygiene. The heating in the rooms was also very sufficient. The hotel offered plenty of paid and complimentary services, and they seemed ready to help with absolutely anything. Finally, the ladies at the reception were incredibly polite and positive. They absolutely deserve a raise.

  Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage!

  Liked: In the heart of Old Town Dresden

  Disliked: Too many stairs to negotiate Room was not ready when I went to check in, I had to wait Stairs to get to reception Then stairs to get to any lifts Then out of one building and into another, where you are faced with yet more stairs! Do not book this place if you have mobility issues, or heavy luggage
