Excellent hotel, would stay again and recommend to anyone

Liked: Reception very efficient and helpful, location was brilliant for the Altstadt and not too far to Hauptbahnhof Room was clean and modern and well soundproofed, I overlooked the street and there were no issues with noise

Convenient Location, but Disappointing Cleanliness and Overall Value

Liked: The location was convenient, and the available facilities were satisfactory.

Disliked: The room was poorly cleaned, and the outdated TV offered only German-language channels. Despite plenty of available parking spaces, the receptionist claimed everything was fully booked, even though I had previously asked about reserving a space and was told reservations were not possible. Additionally upon entering the room, I found the window fully open, allowing numerous insects to enter, which negatively affected the overall experience. The hotel is overpriced for the quality and service provided.

Liked: Standard B&B, good breakfast, parking available. There’s a REWE store right across the way. Everything is fine—just as it always is.

Disliked: Our windows faced the street; it was a bit noisy, but not a major issue.
