  Confortável, limpo e bem localizado

  Liked: The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well located. The late check-in option was very convenient and everything inside the apartment matched the description. Overall, we had a positive stay.

  Disliked: There are, however, a few aspects future guests should be aware of: 1.The photos in the check-in instructions (particularly the gate and the key box area) seem outdated, which made it unclear at first whether we were at the correct place. 2.Communication was only in German, even after I had clearly mentioned that we did not speak German and had been writing in English from the beginning. 3.After check-out, there was a misunderstanding related to condensation water by the balcony door, which led to an incorrect assumption that we had brought a pet into the apartment. Although the situation was eventually clarified, the initial tone and the lack of an apology for the discomfort caused were unfortunate.

  Liked: Great location, the most entertaining district in Dresden. The apartment is small, rather like a small hotel room. But, it is enough for a couple, especially if you come as a tourist and spend much time out. Free parking place in the underground garage is great

  Liked: Wonderful accommodation! - Very convenient location. You can easily walk to the historic part of the city if the weather and mood allow, or take the tram — the stop is right nearby. It’s about a 12-minute walk from the RE station or the nearby S-Bahn station. - Right at the entrance there’s an Italian restaurant, a sushi place across the street, and plenty of other spots to eat on the surrounding streets. - The apartment is very cozy and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the hosts for providing coffee — when staying just a few days, it’s inconvenient to buy a whole pack, so it was really nice to find coffee and a coffee maker available. The kitchenette is fully equipped — I’d even say there’s more than enough dishes:) - The bed is comfortable and great for resting. A big plus is the quiet — during our three-day stay we didn’t hear the neighbors once, which is quite rare. - Excellent TV with lots of channels. They’re mostly German, but there’s also YouTube, so you can always find something to watch. - It wasn't relevant for us, but for those who need it, there is space in the garage and bicycles are available for use. - Check-in is self-service through a key safe, and check-out works the same way. Overall – I fully agree with the previous positive reviews and gladly give a high rating myself.

  Disliked: Das Einzige, was in dieser Unterkunft fehlt, ist ein Schuhanzieher. Eine Kleinigkeit, aber manchmal wirklich nützlich:)
