  Liked: Very comfortable apartment in a nice location, easy to reach from Dresden Neustadt and Bischofsplatz. It has everything you need for a short stay.

  Liked: The location is great. The tram station is very close, it is situated in front of the apartment. The advertised picture matches reality. The check-in and check-out procedures are clear and easy to follow.

  Overall, we had a very pleasant stay in a nice old-town apartment with great connections to the local transport network

  Liked: Spacious apartment in an old charming building. Quite central, lively area, with a bakery and bio store just across the street, several trams just in front of the building. Very uncomplicated check-in even late at night, very friendly staff.

  Disliked: We would suggest changing the seating in apartment “Sophie”. It is impossible to use the chairs with the table as they’re too close in height. Maybe add some brighter lighting.

  Great location and good price

  Liked: Very good location with lots of very good restaurants nearby yet only a 20 minute walk to the old town or easy to get a tram there from the apt. The apt was warm (we were there in December) and quiet. There was no one to meet us at the apt but very good directions were provided (in English) for the check in and getting the keys, and it went very smoothly. We arrived by car and there was no parking provided but we were able to find a free spot within a 10 minute walk. The apt was as pictured and very nice with a modern well equipped kitchen (our host even provided ground coffee!) and a spacious bathroom. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Other reviews complained the sofa bed was soiled and we found it was well used but okay; it was the only issue we had with the apt. We had considered staying in the old town but the accommodations were more expensive there and in the end we were glad we stayed at this apt.

  Liked: The apartment was clean, complete with things we needed for 2 nights, access was easy and the train/bus stops are just right in front of the apartment.

  Disliked: Host is not easy to reach out. We needed assistance where we could leave our luggages, because we still wanted to explore the city, but the host didn’t respond.
