  Lovely apartment in quiet location

Liked: Lovely flat in quiet location - very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. We'd be very happy to come back.

Disliked: There was nothing not to like, unless you object to having to cycle up a shirt steep hill to get back.

I enjoyed the stay at Ferienwohnung Dresden Trachenberge but wished that I’d have hired a car!

Liked: I was picked up by the host in his car on arrival from Dresden Zentrum station, with all my luggage, and was able to buy a weeks shop while the host waited. I as very impressed about the way in which the host was able to give me details concerning the aristocracy and history about some of the castles in Dresden. And also sent information via his website, I was able to visit a number of historic places like spa Rathen, and Moritzburg castle. I appreciated the lift this morning by the host, who was willing to accommodate me.

Disliked: I have a mobility impairment, and was given instruction by the host to use the combined private road. This proved very difficult for me to walk up, in its part cobbled path, and then large field. I had originally been informed that there were only a couple of steps leading to the summer villa, when there were several. The pictures that are advertised do not reflect the actual door leading to the summer house, and which would have pointed to the stairwell previously described.
