  Perfect stay but

  Liked: Very good localisation,

Disliked: This hotel absolutely and definitely needs renovation. Unfortunately, you can smell nicotine, which remained in carpets and furniture at the smoked time.

Liked: Room service/towel refresh daily, staff was accommodating on several occasions.

Disliked: Arranging transport from main train station to the hotel on arrival - it was difficult to get a taxi. Called the hotel to see if they could arrange a cab for us and they said they could not. However arranging taxi service once we were checked in was never a problem.

A wonderful hotel in a perfect location, with friendly staff and a very pleasant atmosphere

Liked: The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Dresden, with the main attractions within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the atmosphere and the convenient location.

Disliked: My stay was short, so I did not have any major complaints. The only minor inconvenience was that parking and access by car can be a little difficult due to the hotel’s central location.
