  Liked: Self check-in option (24/7), nice interior design/theme, good shower, free coffee, snacks available, breakfast until 11am on weekends, check-out until 11am, public transport close by, good breakfast (not as good as in breakfast cafés but very good for hotel standards), bath robe in the room

  Incredible hotel created with musical concept all around, from lobby to your room 🔥

  Liked: Excellent breakfast Stylish rooms, lobby & other zones 2 saunas included Polite & helpful personnel, high-class service Coffee machine & coffee/ tea set in the room

  Disliked: I missed mini bar / fridge (but at the reception they helped me to keep my food products in their fridge) No exhaust fan in WC & shower I prefer king-size bed instead of 2 single beds /mattresses, laid together

  Unfortunately, the convenient location for us was the only positive aspect of our stay

  Liked: The location was the only real advantage of this hotel, as it was conveniently close to the music venue we were visiting in Dresden. We liked the decor because we are musicians and records collectors. But that is all.

  Disliked: The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the completely unprofessional and even rude behavior of one of the receptionist - Celine. She was unfriendly, unwilling to help, and made us feel stupid and unwelcome from the very first interaction. Such behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry, especially at reception, where guests should be welcomed with courtesy, respect, and a willingness to assist. This was a terrible first impression and ultimately the main reason we will NEVER return to this hotel. The breakfast was another disappointment. Although the coffee was good, the eggs were absolutely inedible: dry, cold, rubbery, and reminiscent of old 'lasagne'. They were among the worst eggs we have ever tasted. The overall breakfast selection was very average and certainly not what one would expect from a hotel charging these prices.

  A hotel which is worthy of staying again in Dresden

  Liked: Very good location for the guests who visit German Military History Museum which is just on the opposite side of street. Also there is an excellent supermarket and a Greece-taste restaurant nearby. It is very convenient for guests who have their own cars.

  Disliked: None.

  Decent stay in a historical place in Dresden with good musical theme

  Liked: The whole musical theme of the Hotel was really good, got to know that this was a historical building before. And also loved the Sauna! The staff were very kind and super helpful, loved the interaction. The hotel was also near the the tram stop so very convenient. Overall I would say a nice experience.

  Disliked: The beds could have been a bit more comfortable. Rest of it is super fine. But it is alright for couple of nights in Dresden.
