Fabulous
Liked: Great location near to the Opera house and Altstadt. Easy transport options on tram.
Disliked: Pillows too soft.
Disliked: On my arrival, I asked the lady at the counter if late check out is possible, she immeditly denied and didn't even let me finish the sentence. Next day morning I asked another stuff member who told me that there is no problem.
NO AC and unsafe bathroom
Liked: Location was good
Disliked: NO AC 26 c when we arrived and again compliments of booking shitty small room where you had to step into shower close the bathroom door to actually be able to navigate to sit on the toilet (not joking) Asked staff about AC and was told it was policy to shut off AC early Sept and they was no client controlled AC Told to open window asked about mosquitos in room with window open Was told no bugs Woke next day with multiple bites over my arms and legs What a awful time
