  It was bad

  Liked: good location

Disliked: The floor was dirty and the old sheet was covered in pilling; it’s not worth 120 euros a night. The initial price listed was lower; to leave a review, you need to contact customer support.

Liked: good location with access to tram system, basic apartment with all kitchen utensils functional. No wine glasses, no salad bowls no egg cups. Shower had nice hot water.

Disliked: The entry system is shocking arrived to find the entry code changed and could not access the apartmet using either code old or new tried to phone contact number but went to voice mail. Another guest arrived and could not access their apartment either she tried to phone buy got cut off. A young man came out of an apartment and tried the doors eventually managed to get the other persons door to open but not ours. Contacted the providor via bookin.com portal got a speedy reply issuing us with a new code which did not work eventually got given a new apartment and told how to access a key to enter after that code malfuntioned. Next morning could not get in front off street door using code along with another guest who told us she had an issue with apartment door as well. We got in when someone exited the building. We then later found the mag lock swithed off so you could just open the street door. Not a very hsppy expeience,
