  Liked: alles sauber, sehr gepflegt. Zugang zur Garage und zum Appartement gut beschrieben.

  Disliked: Relativ laut zur Straße hinaus. Es war noch sehr warm, aber offenes Fenster war nachts wegen normalen Verkehrs nicht möglich für mich.

  Liked: It's the perfect appartment for my needs. Two separate bedroosm with two separated bathrooms and a kitchen in common. In addition the garage to repair the car as we had filled of goods. I suppose it's one of the best I used.

  Disliked: Nothing special only that after reservation I received several times the message for checkin and that made me confused as I was overwhelmed of information.

  Liked: -Comfortable room, clean, modern and very well equipped. -When I booked it I was a bit anxious about the sofa bed. It turned out to be very comfortable and not hard at all. The kid preferred to sleep there and not in the bed! -Underground parking very convenient. -Owners always reachable and willing to assist. -Very nice Terrasse, even if the weather did not let us enjoy it. -Nice, modern building. The kid was thrilled with the playground! - The location is not central, but with the tram which stops outside the building you can reach the center within 15-20 minutes.

  Disliked: Proposals for further improvement of an already excellent accommodation: - I may be a bit old fashioned, but I would prefer the old traditional cupboards with more space. - A microwave would also be helpful.

  Comfort, good location, high quality accommodation

  Liked: Clean, the accomodation is located in a building from 1900 nicely renovated, easy acces to city Center with tram nr 4. - the station is in front of the building ( we have bought tickets on-line, we haven’t found tickets machine in & close to the station). The communication with the host was facil.

  Liked: Excellent stay in a beautifully renovated historic tobacco factory building. Clean and comfortable apartment with two separate rooms, each with a private bathroom, and a kitchen in between. I loved the wide windowsills with cushions and the pleasant view. Great location, a quiet area, close to Edeka and Aldi. Highly recommended.

  Disliked: The only minor downsides were the long walk from the garage with too many doors and some stairs, and a very small dishwasher.
