  Amazing location and modern apartment

Liked: Very spacious and nice apartment. It’s clean and has free underground parking.

Disliked: It’s very modern and located right next to the Altstadt Dresden. Even though it’s very central, there was no noise from the outside.

Good location, pounding noise was too much

Liked: Good location, lots of room in the apt.

Disliked: Pounding noises each evening, like something very very heavy is being dropped above or around you. It shook glasses in the kitchen and vibrated the walls. I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from.

Disliked: It is really noisy, not possible to open the windows as it becomes impossible to sleep. And the gym or smth like that makes the whole building shaking

Liked: Excellent location, very close to the museums and sightseeing attractions in the city center. Very close to the shops, restaurants and cafeterias. The underground parking is also very good, and makes stay in Dresden much more enjoyable. Kitchen was fully equipped, spacious and really nice to use.

Disliked: The walls could use a little repainting as there were some scratches etc. Also apartment could have more options for hanging a wet towels - there is only a single rack in the bathroom. Except for that - all was good.
