  Excellent

Liked: Due to a changed flight we had to check-in at 1:00 AM. The host understood the situation and very friendly told us that there was no problem. We checked in at no extra cost with no issues. Host responds very fast. The property is next to a Kaufland and a tram station which goes directly to the centre for 20 min so it's very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm back in the beautiful city is Dresden.

Liked: It is quite affordable and quiet as it is a bit far away from the city center.

Disliked: There is mold in the bathroom and it is a bit far away from the center. I wish the landlord would pay more attention to cleanliness. It might be fine for just a night or two, but long-term exposure to mold is bad for one's health.

Liked: We received a very warm welcome. We were pleasantly surprised by the quiet and beautiful natural surroundings. Our room stayed nice and cool despite the 36 degree weather. The room was comfortable. We enjoyed the dining area with view on the park. The full (shared) kitchen was an added bonus. There was plenty of free parking nearby and the tram was a 10 minute walk away with a 30 minute tram ride into town (approx). Everything was clean. The price/quality was excellent.

  Disliked: Nothing.

Overall good with missing parking places

Liked: Only 10 minute drive from old city center. You can cook and store your food in shared kitchen. Lots of tree in the background and tiny pond. Clean and everything of need was provided.

Disliked: Property have enough space but Parkplatz is missing so you need to park on the street. Also there is a construction going on near the entrance so you can't bring car inside to drop and load luggage. That means you will need to drag all the way from street to the hotel. It can be difficult if you have heavy baggage.

  Bueno

  Mid week trip

Liked: The host was there to meet us and was a very pleasant person, the bedroom was clean peaceful and very comfortable there was a nice dining room if you wanted to prepare your own food with good kitchen facilities plus from the main train station the tram number 7 drops you about 3 minutes walk away.

Disliked: There was nothing not to like.
