Fabulous
Liked: Overal experience and location
Disliked: The pool was not available
Liked: Good size room with kitchen area. Great location and good breakfast
Disliked: Beds to hard for my liking.
Great stay for business, would use in the future
Liked: Very friendly helpful staff and atmosphere. Large, clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need. Great location near main train station, trams and shops.
Disliked: Could not open the window/glass doors.
Liked: Prime location, nice room and fabulous staff
Disliked: Nothing
Really bad
Liked: The bed was comfortable and also the wifi was fine.
Disliked: During our stay, there was no proper service. The room was messy, the gym equipment was poor, and the pool was not working. The sauna experience was also disappointing, as they didn’t even provide towels or anything to wear. However, the worst part was the service. The staff member was extremely rude to us. I understand that nobody wants to work late in the evening, around 8 PM, but that is no excuse for treating paying customers disrespectfully. Customer service should always be professional and polite, and unfortunately, that was not our experience at all. The toilet was not cleaned properly and bugs were in bathtub. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and the facilities and service did not meet our expectations.
A lovely hotel to stay next to the central station
Liked: The apartment is very nice for a small family. You have all the basic you need and with enough space to make yourself comfortable. Next to the central station but the trains do not disturb. Easy to check in and out.
Disliked: The bathroom door was tricky to close. The cleaning staff knocked at our door some times thinking we were checked out, made us feel rushed out. It was supposed to be soundproof but we still heard the party near us past midnight.
