Superior Location in a Vibrant Neighborhood of the OldTown

Liked: I primarily chose this hotel for its great location in the center of old Düsseldorf. I njoyd being there for many reasons. Though the single room is tiny, it has large window & a wide edge that made me sit down on it while sipping beer & watching people/cars go by! The street is vibrant especially at nights/wkends with many bars. It’s also a very short walk from the “promenade”, where I njoyd watching beautiful sunsets, meals & live music! Receptionists r friendly & breakfast is rich. Peaceful environment & sufficient wifi. Plus it’s great value for money. Recommend:)

  Charming Hotel

Liked: Basic hotels (there are three of them and just because you book one doesn't mean you're necessarily staying there!) that are warm, clean and ideal for a night or two in the Altstadt. If when you book you actually get to stay in Hotel Rheinblick, it is old and authentic and wonderful. Places like this are disappearing, so book a stay while you can!

Disliked: Better communication. Remember, your customers are not from here so probably only know the hotel name and street that they booked. They don't know other hotels in your group or where they are located! If you do decide to move someone, try and be a bit more clear about what the move is, and actually take the time to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Wouldn’t stay again as there are multiple options at similar cost

Liked: It’s central & breakfast was included.

Disliked: Super outdated, no elevator, no staff to help with the luggage, hairdryer wasn’t in the room but had to be asked for. Shampoo / shower gel very bad quality. Noise levels are high as the bars and restaurants are in the same street and the noise cannot be contained by the walls and windows. Highly recommend earplugs.

Great location, very noisy - especially due to thin walls

Liked: Location is prime Breakfast was fine, I arrived late both mornings and guess the variety/quantity of foods was impacted by that Staff are helpful and friendly I did like the bed, duvet and pillow

Disliked: The noice. Not from the streets actually, also I was facing towards the backyard. But from guests at the hotel. Incredible thin walls make you able to hear everything The smell from the sewers was also rather nasty

  Liked: Manager was amazing

Disliked: Toilet, couldn't use it once, as regardless it was saying it belonged to my room, it was constantly used by someone and left dirty. Maybe it needs a lock that inly room 103 key can open.
