  Liked: Very good breakfast almost like 5 star hotel,so clean with crisp and pure white sheets.The personal expesially Leyla very helpful.

  DISCO IN ROOM

  Liked: Staff great, espically the young girl at check in and breakfast timd.

  Disliked: I requestrd a room at the rear because of advice from revues, was giving a room on the first floor directly above a nigbt club. We thought we were actually in the club. Music all through the night untill 05:00. Booked for 4 days and left after2. They did offer another room but couldnt guarentee noise level.

  To be honest it was disappointing due to me not understanding the area the hotel is located in

  Liked: The bed was good. Bathroom also. As a room I use to sleep it was good. Staff was wonderful.

  Disliked: I had a weird door that did double duty as the fire alarm. I also didn't do my due diligence re: location in DDorf and did not know the hotel was very much in and above the party area.

  Liked: City center, next to metro station

  Disliked: A very bad impression right from the start. We booked a room for €178, but a month later our reservation was cancelled, and we were told it was due to renovations. However, another month later, I noticed that the exact same room was available again, but now at a price €100 higher. It was quite obvious that there were no renovations at all. It seems the hotel simply decided to increase its prices because of the concerts taking place in the city and cancelled our booking to charge more. We find this kind of behaviour from the hotel unprofessional, dishonest and unfair and are very disappointed with the way this situation was handled. By the way, Booking.com support did not respond to any of the four emails I sent.

  Liked: It's very close to the city centre, the bistros and restaurants. Price performance is perfect. Breakfast is rich and good enough. This hotel is the best option for short stays. Staff is helpful and polite
