We will be returning to Dusseldorf one day and we WILL stay at this location again

Liked: We arrived early for our check-in and the Restaurant the would normally have our keys was closed (it was Monday and they are normally closed on Mondays). We reached out to our contact and she was there with our keys in less than 30 minutes...just enough time to decompress from travel and have a drink while we waited. It was awesome and responsive and just a customer service pleasure for us. It's worth noting this unit is just on the outside edge of Altstadt which meant being right there while also being not completely right there. The best of both worlds....
